  • Feeding His Flock Clothing/Blankets Drive

Thank you to everyone who donated coats, clothing and blankets for Feeding His Flock, which helps serve the homeless.

WELCA will get a final count of what was collected. The drive took place from mid-November until the end of December.

  • Advent by Candlelight and Christmas Services

Thank you to all those who participated in the Christmas season services. The Advent by Candlelight service was written by our own Susie Hansen and Debb Kosut gave a very inspiring and moving sermon on Hope.

Our Christmas Eve service was filled with scripture and songs and even featured for the first time our ensemble of musicians on guitar, mandolin, violin and accordion.

Thank you to everyone who sang praises for Christ's birth.

  • WELCA Bake Sale

Our bake sale on the weekend of Dec. 15th and 16th was very successful!. We had 20+ varieties of cookies, bars and candies. We sold nearly everything and the profits will be donated to Feeding His Flock.

  • WELCA Meeting

We will resume our monthly meetings on the second Saturday of the month starting at 9:30am. Our next meeting is on January 12th in the choir room. Please join us and share your ideas!

Watch for dates on upcoming events in 2019!
